By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to Jigging Lures and “You” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.
Jigging Lures reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Payment.
Jigging Lures online orders only accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard) via Stripe and PayPal payments. The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer until the full amount is paid.
All products listed on Jigginglures.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.
Delivery of Goods.
Goods will be delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 3 and 14 days, depending on location.
Standard freight of $10:00 will incur (Australia wide) with tracking provided. Please ensure your address details are correct as Jigging Lures will not be responsible or liable for redelivery costs.
Jigging Lures caters for the Australian domestic market only currently, and unfortunately, we do not have current processes to fulfil an international order/delivery.
Return and Refund.
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Jigging Lures within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Jigging Lures owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
Warranty Claim.
All products sold by Jigging Lures come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Products under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.
Warranty only covers the products sold by Jigging Lures. Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Jigging Lures, nor is Jigging Lures responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return to Jigging Lures.

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability, Jigging Lures reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice. Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing.

Jigging Lures reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice.
